COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the National Instruments 1764 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carlo-Gavazzi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carlo-Gavazzi such as the VR3A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E4PALS200M1N manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS4800S400720X by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Perceptron Brand S0600X0060Y0082Z0168 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner-Engineering such as PRC1 equipment made by Banner-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LHCM20R2A4N511A2IHNNA made by Pepperl as well as the popular UB50018GM75IV15 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S2TG4A2A11A1AB4E5M5Q4 by Rosemount and PRC1 spares by Banner-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9H34503SS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sencon. |
